Welcome to TeamCare Dental ("App") operated by TeamCare Dental LLC ("TeamCare", "Company", "us", "we", or "our"). These Authorized User Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our dental practice management platform and services (the "App") and our website teamcaredental.com (our "Website") and any related services provided by us.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

TeamCare is a B2B SaaS platform for dental practices. Information provided is for general purposes only and does not constitute professional dental or financial advice. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the data.

8. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App or Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you or your organization are a paying customer and have entered into a Customer Agreement with TeamCare, that agreement will control in the event of a conflict, and may be governed by different laws as specified therein.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Terms were last revised is identified at the top of the page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
